Merdoz was founded by Mert Ozturk after nearly 10 years of experience working with apparel, workwear, gifts, jewelry, and many other products in design, online marketing, product selection, and e-commerce. Over the years, this experience has taught us that an online store is not simply a place where products are listed and sold. Behind every order is a customer who deserves to be listened to, understood, and treated with care. At Merdoz, we want to represent our customers in the best possible way across every marketplace and shopping channel where our products are available. We believe that customer communication, trust, product quality, and the experience after the purchase are just as important as the product itself. Personalization is also an important part of Merdoz. Customers can choose from our designs or bring their own ideas to life. Where available, they can upload their own designs, preview them on selected products, and create something that truly feels like their own. Our journey began with nearly a decade of experience, and in 2026 we brought that experience to the United States — one of the world's strongest and most dynamic economies. The United States is the beginning of our global journey, not the end. As Merdoz grows, we aim to reach customers in Europe and other parts of the world while keeping the same principles that brought us here: quality, trust, good communication, and respect for every customer.
